You are asked to provide your personal information to us when you enroll for coverage, when you purchase an insurance policy from us, or when you send e-mail to us from this Web site. When enrolling in an insurance policy or asking for a quote at Lloyd's, Inc., we ask you to provide your name, home address, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. Insurance companies required this information to establish you as a policyholder when you purchase a policy. We keep a record of your information to provide you with policyholder service. All Lloyd's, Inc., employees are each required to acknowledge and sign a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement. In addition, each employee is instructed on the critical importance of maintaining the privacy of each customer, and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information.
Insurance policy premiums are paid by credit card or personal check. If a credit card is used to pay the premium, the credit card information is deleted from our records after your purchase has been authorized. If premiums are paid by personal check, a copy of your check may be kept on file.
When you send us e-mail from this Web site, you will provide us with certain personally identifiable information including your e-mail address.

Lloyd's, Inc., is the "site owner" of a third-party application, Cevado®, in the real estate division. Cevado® provides services to clients in the form of websites and other IDX/Real Estate related products. As a site owner, we are solely responsible for the way we use any information voluntarily provided by you on this site. Cevado® does not use your information in any way other than sending it on to our client, the site owner, and is not responsible for the way the site owner uses your information.
We may use the information collected to respond to you. You may request to opt out or change the information of any future contacts from the site owner at any time by contacting us via email or telephone (see below).
We may utilize a short-lived form of cookie when you visit this site. (A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on a visitor's hard drive while they are visiting this Web site.) At Lloyd's, Inc. a cookie is only used to identify one unique visitor from another visitor during a particular session. A session is the period of active site-use while that unique visitor is linked to our server. We may use cookie technology during a session as a tool to carry forward your input information during the enrollment process. This enables the visitor to input to input their information once and have the information appear later during the enrollment process. No personally identifiable information is stored on the cookie. The cookie expires and is deleted from the visitor's computer as soon as they close their browser or if they are not actively browsing our Web site for more than 20 minutes. If a previous visitor to our Web site returns for a new session, s/he will be issued a new cookie and in no way will they be recognized as a visitor from a previous visit or session.
